Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of your order date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact — no traces of makeup, deodorant, or wear. For hygiene reasons, all items must have been tried on over existing underwear.

All panties are final sale due to health and hygiene regulations. Items explicitly marked as final sale and select promotional or limited-edition releases are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original piece and place a new order for your preferred alternative. This ensures you receive exactly what you want without waiting on a manual swap.

Returns are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your financial institution may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.

If your item arrived defective or incorrect, please contact us at kitty@prettykittyklub.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue and we will resolve it immediately — at no cost to you.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
